Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Dromelix Pilates Studio ("Studio," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Studio Services

Dromelix Pilates Studio provides Pilates instruction, fitness classes, personal training, and related wellness services at our facility located at 313 N San Fernando Blvd, Burbank, CA 91502.

Class Participation

• Clients must arrive on time for scheduled classes
• Late arrivals may be denied entry to maintain class flow and safety
• Proper athletic attire and non-slip socks are required
• Personal belongings are stored at your own risk

Health and Safety Requirements

Your safety is our priority. All clients must:

• Complete a health questionnaire before participating in any classes
• Inform instructors of any injuries, physical limitations, or health conditions
• Follow all instructor guidance and safety protocols
• Participate within your physical capabilities and comfort level
• Consult with healthcare providers before beginning any exercise program

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that Pilates and fitness activities involve inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that the Studio is not liable for any injuries that may occur.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Class Reservations

• Classes must be booked in advance through our scheduling system
• Class capacity is limited to ensure quality instruction
• Reservations are confirmed upon payment or valid class package credit

Cancellation Requirements

• Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance for full credit
• Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) will be charged the full class fee
• No-shows will be charged the full class fee
• Emergency cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Instructor Cancellations

In the event that we cancel a class, you will receive full credit or a refund. We will make every effort to provide advance notice of cancellations.

Payment Terms

Pricing and Packages

• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Class packages expire 6 months from purchase date
• Package credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Membership fees are non-refundable but may be frozen under certain circumstances

Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. All payments must be made in advance of service provision.

Studio Policies

Conduct Expectations

All clients are expected to:

• Treat instructors, staff, and other clients with respect
• Maintain appropriate behavior and language
• Follow all studio rules and instructor directions
• Keep personal conversations to a minimum during classes
• Turn off or silence mobile devices

Facility Use

• Studio equipment is for instructional use only
• Personal equipment use must be approved by staff
• Food and beverages (except water) are not permitted in the studio
• The Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone

Privacy and Photography

By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that:

• Photography or video recording may occur for promotional purposes
• You consent to the use of your likeness in Studio marketing materials
• You may opt out of photography by informing staff in advance
• Personal photography during classes is prohibited

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to class sequences, instructional materials, and proprietary methods, are the intellectual property of Dromelix Pilates Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dromelix Pilates Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dromelix Pilates Studio, its instructors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in our programs or use of our facilities.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients
• Non-payment of fees
• Safety concerns

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and in the studio. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
